About SWEET GIRL
Sometimes falling in love means going through the worst kind of hell.
A SWEET GIRL
Nicola Hart grew up under the heels of her older brother and his sexy best friend, Cash Garrison. Years of ignoring her spark with Cash has transformed their friendship into a slow burning sizzle. One night with him could ruin everything. Or it could be more than she ever dreamed. They play. They flirt. But they haven’t crossed the line because too much is at stake. Family. Friendship. And the deepest kind of love that she’d have to be crazy to walk away from.
HE CAN’T STAY AWAY FROM
She’s his best friend’s little sister. The definition of hands off. Cash has tried to ignore her for years. Those innocent eyes and her smile that screams kiss-me-if-you-dare… Instead, he’s looked at every pretty little thing who’s crossed his path, all to ignore the girl he seems destined to want. But when his hard partying ways get old and everyone at school is interested in Nicola, it’s time to stake a claim. To make Nicola his girl, no matter the risks, and hold the hand of the one he really loves.
Sweet Girl is the novel length prequel to USA Today best-selling Garrison’s Creed. Before Cash and Nicola can fall in love forever, they have to suffer through their first love.

SPECIAL GUEST POST: Author Character Interview
Hey guys! I’m Cristin Harber, and I’m waiting for Cash and Nicola from Sweet Girl. Fall semester started a couple weeks ago, and Nicola’s birthday is coming up next week. They’re crazy about each other but still hiding it from pretty much everybody. Oh! Here they are. J
Cristin: Hey, guys.
Cash (and his super sweet lazy grin) nods: Hey. (He gives Nicola a grin that earns an elbow from her.) Shh, don’t act like we’re together. Girl’s not telling a soul.
Nicola: Seriously, we have a plan. Why does he have to be like that. (Shakes her head). Hi, Cristin. Thanks for having us over.
Cash: For a super down low—
Nicola: This is never going to work. Roman will know by the end of the week.
Cash: Your brother’s too overprotective.
Nicola: Your best friend’s too overprotective.
Cristin: Okay, okay. How about this. No one tells Roman anything, we’ll just do a little Q & A. How about that?
Nic and Cash both nod.
Cristin: Alright, Nicola why don’t you give Cash the first five questions that pop into mind, and then we can switch.
Cash shrugs. Nicola blushes, but nods.
Nicola: Cash… so…
Cash: Come on, Sweet Girl. Give me your best shot.
Nicola: Favorite color?
Cash: Oh come on. Blue. Give me a good one.
Nicola (cheeks red on fire): Favorite memory of me, pre-first kiss?
Cash’s smile goes mega-watt: The night of your eighteenth birthday, when Roman and I came home to help you celebrate, and you announced to the world, “I’m legal now.” Talk about an eye opener.
Nicola (could her poor cheeks blush any more): Favorite memory post-kiss?
Cash: Favorite memory, maybe ever… that night making smores. Two more questions, and I cannot wait for my turn.
Nicola: I’m not going to answer embarrassing questions in front of Cristin.
Cash: She pretty much knows everything, so… next question so it’s my turn.
Nicola: Have you ever lied to me?
Cash: Oh, good one. Not that I’m ever going to admit to.
Giving her a quick wink and a smile, Cash: Only when hiding how I felt about you. Nothing serious, unless you count plotting the deaths of any guy who ever took you on a date. Last question, get ready for my turn.
Nicola: What’s your favorite thing I’ve ever said to you.
Cash, laughing: I think it was something like “You don’t want to kiss me.” Gotta love a challenge.
Cristin: And, that’s five!
Nicola: I’m not sure I can handle his questions.
Cash cracks his knuckles and fakes an evil laugh: Get ready, Sweet Girl. There are things I’m dying to know.
